CROWD MANAGEMENT
To prevent crowding, only guests with Wristbands and Timed Tickets will be allowed into the store, make purchases, and participate in the Meet & Greet. If you have a partner or friend who came as a support, they will need to remain outside the store.
The maximum number of guests per group per interaction is 3 people. Each guest will need to have a Wristband and a Timed Ticket with the same timeslot.
WRISTBANDS & TIMED TICKETS
FOR MACARON PURCHASE, MEET & GREET, & FREEBIES.
Wristbands will be handed out during the morning of the event for ADVANCE TICKET GUESTS ONLY. There will be two different wristbands: (Color 1) guaranteed the availability of the entire set of Character Macarons & (Color 2) guaranteed the availability of any remaining Character Macarons.
Timed Tickets will also be handed out with wristbands for ADVANCE TICKET GUESTS ONLY. You MUST return within the assigned time window to purchase character macarons and be eligible for any giveaways. Please do not return earlier or later than your assigned time window. If you missed your assigned time window, you will be moved to the STAND BY line, and may miss out on character macarons, meet & greet, & freebies.
Please ensure that you & your entire party is present when Wristbands & Timed Tickets are being passed out. You may leave and return within the assigned timeslot of your Timed Ticket.
The correct wristband must accompany your Timed Ticket for the purchase of Character Macarons & to receive any eligible giveaways.
Your wristband & Timed Ticket cannot be replaced if lost.
STAND BY
We will allocate a number of remaining Wristbands and Timed Tickets for standby guests @ 12:00PM. Please do not line up before 12:00PM.
TRADING OF TIMED TICKETS
Please do not trade your Timed Tickets with each other.
Your wristbands are associated with your Ticket. By trading your Ticket for a later time slot, you risk the macaron design you want selling out before you reach the case to make your purchase.
If you have a "full macaron set" wristband and Timed Ticket and trade only your Ticket with someone whose Ticket is associated with a "not full set wristband" for a later, more convenient time slot, you risk the macarons selling out before you reach the case to make your purchase.
LINING UP
The earliest customers are allowed to line up is 6:00 am per Irvine Spectrum Center policy. Security will remove customers who lined up earlier than 6:00 am. Honey & Butter advises customers not to line up before 6:00 am.
It will be chilly in the morning & warm in the afternoon. Please plan on bringing plenty of hydration, and appropriate clothing to be comfortable. There will be sections of the mall where there is no shade.
